About Me

Meet Jennifer: Your Personal Nutritionist
I'm a compassionate and experienced Clinical Nutritionist who has been working in the medical field since 2013. I hold a degree in Nutrition, Diet, and Health Science, graduating Magna Cum Laude, and am certified in both Diabetes
Education and Management and Weight Loss.
My job is my passion, and it plays a vital role in supporting patient health through nutritional care. I take the time
to explore the full spectrum of each patient’s health and my appointments go in depth—addressing how
nutrition impacts a range of conditions, including diabetes, hypertension, kidney disease, liver disease, high cholesterol, gastrointestinal disorders, inflammation, metabolic system and more.
I understand that every patient’s journey is different. I approach everyone with empathy, curiosity, and a nonjudgmental mindset, creating a space where patients feel truly heard. I tailor my guidance to meet people where they are—
considering their unique medical history, lifestyle, culture, and goals—while helping them make sustainable, meaningful changes. Whether someone is seeking relief from chronic pain, wants weight loss, managing a complex diagnosis,
or looking to improve overall health and wellness, I offer expert support grounded in evidence and compassion.

Personally, I've always had an interest in nutrition. Even though I have a background in corporate training and
management, I’ve been able to bring the two worlds together to be a successful clinical nutritionist and health
coach. I live a healthy, active lifestyle and want others to experience that same quality of life.
I grew up on a farm in Ohio and my sisters and I ate vegetables right out of the garden and played outside until
it got dark. That kind of childhood paved the path for the lifestyle I have now. I moved to Colorado in 1997 and
love everything the Rocky Mountains has to offer. When I’m not in the office talking about health and nutrition
I’m spending time in the great outdoors. I’m an avid hiker, biker, skier, snowshoer. I love to camp and play
pickleball whenever possible. I have two amazing kids and a dog that keep me on the go.
